@Ask_Spectrum So I get a “courtesy call” yesterday afternoon from a @GetSpectrum rep to remind me to pay my bill. My bill had already been paid. Needless to say this upset me. I asked the girl why the hell she was calling me and she broke down crying. Not very professional.

How do I find Spectrum outage information? If your Spectrum Internet, cable TV or Home Phone service is not working, find out if a service outage has occurred in your area by visiting the Outage Information and Troubleshooting page.
Make sure your modem is set up properly and that there aren't any loose or damaged connections. Verify that you're using your Spectrum-issued modem. Move closer to your WiFi router. You'll get the best WiFi signal within roughly 125 feet from the router.
Confirm power to both the TV and the box are on and lights are active. Unplug the cable box for 30 seconds and reconnect power. Check to ensure the connection of coax or Ethernet cable from wall to the box is secured properly and that there aren't any loose or damaged connections.
There could be a number of factors that affect your internet connection. First, and most likely, is problems with your equipment. Restarting your modem/router will often resolve the issue. Other reasons why your internet may keep going out include inadequate speeds, network congestion and inclement weather.
Even blinking green is a sign of good health for some modem-router combos. Other States: If you notice the Spectrum router flashing red, expect the wireless connection to be troubled. No light means that there is no wireless internet access.
Your Spectrum may be dropping internet connection for multiple different reasons: Insufficient hardware (modem/router) capability. The modem may be overheating. Router placement provides poor signal.
If you're having problems with your TV equipment while using the Spectrum Guide, first try to send a refresh signal or reboot your Spectrum Receiver by unplugging the power cord and waiting at least 60 seconds before plugging it back in. Allow at least 20 minutes for the receiver to fully recover and turn it back on.
If a No Signal message is displayed on the TV screen, it indicates the receiver needs to be powered on. Press the power button on the box, or use your remote to turn it on. The TV screen will show a message: "Stick around, we're setting things up for you."
The following information will help you make changes to your Spectrum account, including transferring or moving service, upgrading your TV package or switching your Mobile data plan. Note: The only way to discontinue service is by calling (833) 267-6094.
Slow internet speed could be caused by an outdated router or a router placed too far away from your TV or computer. However, if your internet speed is slower than you would like, you can consider a faster speed option, such as Spectrum Internet Ultra or Spectrum Internet Gig.
