@Ask_Spectrum So I get a “courtesy call” yesterday afternoon from a @GetSpectrum rep to remind me to pay my bill. My bill had already been paid. Needless to say this upset me. I asked the girl why the hell she was calling me and she broke down crying. Not very professional.

@GetSpectrum Would be nice to inform your customers that you have scheduled maintenance that affects every service you have and not tell us when service will restored hope this comes off my bill, should be illegal to turn off all services and not tell customers #spectrumtheworst

@Ask_Spectrum It will never happen,the amount of lying &unprofessionalism i saw w/ spectrum is a different level & I advised almy new neighbors to go with frontier & told to spread the word cause we all moved in to a new 🏚 & community &as far as I know 2 of my neighbors already got frontier

I love how @GetSpectrum called my mother and let her know (not asked, since she never agreed) that they'd added a free trial of some TV App and that it would cancel automatically, only for her to get a $20USD increase (33% increase) in the bill the month later.

@Ask_Spectrum if this is “America’s fastest” blah blah blah, it’s hot garbage. I’m not experiencing the advertised service (or near it) There’s always an excuse as to why the service is terrible. But they never ever charge less for their service failures. #spectrumoutage #trash

@Ask_Spectrum I’m seriously so over y’all. HOW can internet be down NATIONWIDE and you reply with ‘dm us for help’ instead of tweeting (last tweet in Xmas) “hey, we messed up, out across the nation. Working on it ASAP. ETA: xx:xx. 5$ off next month.” We’d all understand.

@Phillybeeez @Ask_Spectrum FYI: I live in Upstate New York and internet is down for me. I just got an email from Spectrum telling me there is an outage in my area (duh!) but they estimate it will be fixed by 5:30 this morning. I just connected to personal hotspot on my iPhone and am running on 5G fine.
