@Ask_Spectrum This outage is horrible. I work from home and this is having a serious impact on my ability to perform my job duties. I shouldn’t have to use a cell phone hotspot, using up my data, to get Internet I pay @GetSpectrum for.

@Ask_Spectrum Preset response. You won’t look into this, so don’t lie. You want to send a tech to my location since it is never your fault. Your senior tech already proved to us that the errors are not our location. He also said you would not fix the issues. He has been correct

@Ask_Spectrum I don’t have your equipment to test a record these issues at the time it is happening. Since the outages are intermittent and last for minutes to hours and usually are up and down, single tests on your part is pointless.

@GetSpectrum horrible customer service policy. Had the worst experience trying to get a credit for an unused month of service and got told@they can’t credit accounts. So for 2 days of unused service I have to pay my full bill. This company is all@about taking money and no CS

@Ask_Spectrum Yes ... downloaded the app, which was supposed to streamline everything ... it hasn’t. I have not been able to access WiFi hotspots since Spectrum took over Brighthouse in my area. I was a Brighthouse customer

@Ask_Spectrum Since your tests are only at the time you choose, I have asked for continuous monitoring to record the issues that I see and I have not had this occur. What I see is a company that does not care to fix a problem. This has been documented by me repeatedly.

@Ask_Spectrum At this point I don’t believe anything coming from Spectrum. We’ve had techs come out and techs “test” from outside and no one sees any errors. I am trying to use the system I am paying for and can prove repeatedly that there are issues but your company won’t accept my tests.

It really sucks that @Ask_Spectrum internet goes out multiple times a day and we, the customer, that pay for a service is blamed for their crappy service. They Never check their own equipment Before blaming us.

@Ask_Spectrum So I get a “courtesy call” yesterday afternoon from a @GetSpectrum rep to remind me to pay my bill. My bill had already been paid. Needless to say this upset me. I asked the girl why the hell she was calling me and she broke down crying. Not very professional.
